Jesus praying to the heavenly Father in John 17.4 said ” I have glorified you on earth. I have finished the work which You gave me to do” What was the work which the Heavenly Father gave Jesus Christ to do? Jesus said in John 17.6 ”I have manifested Your name to the men whom you gave me out of the world” That was the work which the Father gave Jesus to do. It was to manifest His name. What name was this? It was God’s covenant name: Jehovah. Jesus entire earthly ministry was about manifesting God’s covenant name: Jehovah.
Exodus 15.26 tells us that Healing was part of that name: ”and said if you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in his sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you” God said to the people ”I am Jehovah Rapha- the Lord your Healer”
Jesus manifested the Name Jehovah Rapha to the people.Matthew 9.35 ”Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every sickness and every disease among the people” The Passion translation says ”He taught in their meeting houses wherever He went, He demonstrated God’s power by healing every kind of sickness and illness” Take particular note of the words ”every kind of sickness and illness” That covers every case.If you are sick, whatever your diagnosis, that covers it adequately.
Add Hebrews 13.8 to that and you can begin to see Jesus’ healing power flowing to heal you now. ”Jesus Christ is the same Yesterday and Today and forever”
Jesus Christ is still healing every kind of sickness and every kind of disease .All you need to do is reach out and take what He offers you today.
